POLICIES & PROCEDURES

REGULAR APPOINTMENTS:
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book all makeup appointments during regular business hours.
- Remaining balances must be paid via CASH or ZELLE only. Deposits for other appointment types and masterclasses vary
VIP APPOINTMENTS:
- VIP Appointments are appointments booked before 10AM and after 7PM (Tues-Sat), on Sundays, and travel requests.
- These appointment types require a $50-$75 non-refundable deposit to book.
- Remaining balances must be paid via CASH or ZELLE only.
GROUP & DAY RATES
- Group and Day Rate appointments require a $150-$300 non-refundable deposit to book.
- Groups Rates are for parties of 3 that require travel. For parties of 4 or more that require travel, please book under Half or Full Day Makeup
LATE FEES:
- All clients will be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After this grace period, the client will be charged a $20 late fee.
- If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to cancellation.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
Rescheduling: You must contact me to reschedule your appointment. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
- A deposit (reg. & vip appts) can only be transferred ONE time. If the client needs to reschedule again, the client will be required to pay a $25 fee upfront. If the client wishes not to pay the fee, the appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited and the client will be required to book a new appointment.
Cancellations: To cancel your appointment, please contact me (contact info below).
- Appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time will be charge 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
- Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time will be charge 100% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
No Call/No Show: All no call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the remaining balance to the card on file and will be banned from booking in the future.
A D D I T I O N A L
- A driver's license or state ID is required to book an appointment and must match the name on the card on file. If the card on file and photo id do.not match, the clients appointment may be cancelled if fraud or scam is detected.
- Any chargebacks or disputes for any reason will result in being banned from future bookings.
- No children or guest will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment. They will be asked to leave, wait outside, or the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
- If you are booking with friends, all of you must come at your appointment time and leave once your appointment is complete, as space is extremely limited and COVID guidelines for social distancing are strictly enforced.
Same Day/Squeeze-In Appointments: For same day appointments or to be squeezed in on days that show no availability, please contact me at the number below via TEXT. A $50 fee will be charged for same day/squeeze-in appts.
Travel Appointments & Fees: All travel request must book under the "Picasso‘s Full Glam Travel Request" appointment type.
- Travel appointments cannot be booked Thursday - Saturday, unless a party of 3 or more is booking, please see our group and day rates category.
- Travel in HOUSTON METRO AREA is included for up to 25 miles. An additional travel fee will be required if the required travel is more than 25 miles. Each additional mile after 25 miles is $2/mile.
Example: If the service address is 15 miles away from the studio location, the travel fee is included in the $200 travel request appointment price.
If the service address is 32 miles away from the studio location, the additional travel fee will be $14 ($2(7 mi)). Which will be added to the client’s remaining balance.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
All bridal party inquires must be made under the bridal services category. Please follow the instructions provided in the description, complete the questionaire, and allow for 24-48 hours for a response..
